Mimmo is a professional sommelier and personally loves to seek out labels to be included on the wine list in his travels around Italy and beyond. He selects wines that honestly relate the identity of their terroir and the work of those who produced them. Mimmo is a great communicator who increasingly stresses wine as a journey of discovery.
Great attention is given to ensuring that wines remain attractive from a price/quality point of view. An important spot in Lo Struzzichino’s wine list is reserved for the wines of Campania, in their myriad expressions, with great respect for the impressive history that accompanies them.
