While vacationing in Sorrento from New York and dinning at lo stuzzichini we experienced warm, friendly and Italian hospitality at its best! The pasta, seafood, meats were all a gastronomical delight. All this served up by a wonderful Italian family--from grandparens,uncles,cousins,etc. Wonderful!!! Hope to see you next August.

We stayed close to this restaurant in Sant'Agata and decided to try it after reading the reviews before we left Australia, and from recommendations from our apartment owner Anna. So very glad we did. The food here was amazing!! We left the choice of meal to the owner Mimo on our first visit, and he didn't disappoint. Right from the 1st course through to the cofffee, desert and Limoncello at the end, it was delicious. We tried food that we'd never had before, and what an impression it left! The service and prices were excellent, and the atmosphere was great. Of course the owner Mimo is what makes this restaurant what it is. His lively and attentive manner, along with his infectious smile, makes for a great evening. His staff are also to be congratulated, they were always efficient and friendly. We enjoyed it so much we returned 3 times during our week long stay. It was without doubt the best food we had during our 6 week holiday. Mimo, thank you so much for creating such a fantastic place to enjoy really authentic italian food in such a wonderful atmosphere. We loved it! Nous avons dîné trois fois dans votre restaurant lors de notre séjour en juin et avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et la carte très variée. Merci encore. Dommage que vous soyez loin de la France mais on reviendra sans doute...

My husband and I dined here while visiting Sorrento in May. The food was delicious, but Mimmo's hospitality was the best part of the meal. This restaurant is a beautiful example of traditional Italian food prepared by a warm, engaging family. Mimmo's nephew, Dominico, even drove us home so we didn't have to take a cab to our hotel! They went the extra mile for us, and we won't forget it.

La vostra cucina è spettacolare, ogni volta che veniamo in costiera non possiamo fare a meno di venire da voi.Mio figlio va matto per i ravioli al limone e per la torta ricotta e pera.Siete unici soprattutto per la vostra proverbiale gentilezza.

Mimmo arranged a spectacular farewell dinner for our 36 wedding guests on our last evening together. Table was a picture and the service and food was just perfect. Child friendly too! All finished off with wonderful Italian opera in the Sant Agata square. Multo Grazia! Grazie Mimmo per aver reso indimenticabile il giorno della Prima Comunione di Simona.Pranzo ottimo!!! I 50 invitati hanno particolarmente apprezzato gli involtini di pesce bandiera, il tortino di parmigiana, i freschissimi gamberetti di crapolla,i panciotti ripieni di provolone del monaco e la buonissima e bellissima torta. Per i 20 bambini partecipanti è stata la festa di comunione più divertente e ovvamente il massimo del divertimento è stato il giro sul trenino che li ha portati a visitare la splendida zona del deserto., Simona ricorderà per tutta la vita questo importante giorno della Prima Comunione anche per la bellissima festa allo Stuzzichino!!!

Many thanks to Mimmo and his family for the best meals we ate during our 2 1/2 weeks in Italy. We didn't realize that reservations were recommended and when we arrived the restaurant was full with locals and some lucky tourists, but Mimmo went out of his way and brought a table in from the patio to make room for us. The homemade pasta and fresh seafood and other ingredients were well worth the drive. The hospitality is true Southern Italy! Mimmo brought us sample portions of all their desserts and each was deliscious! Don't miss this restaurant if you are anywhere on the Sorrentine Peninsula.

In occasione del compleanno di mia moglie (40 anni) ho radunato amici e parenti - 18 persone- per quattro giorni nella penisola sorrentina. Desideravo, per la sera della festa trovare un locale non troppo formale ma al tempo stesso accogliente, romantico e ovviamente che fosse l'espressione in cucina di questa splendida terra. Fin dal primo contatto Mimmo è stato quello che si è poi rivelato: un simpatico amico che non ha tradito la promessa di farci gustare piatti espressione del territorio presentati in modo originale e, specialmente,molto buoni. Senza averglielo richiesto ha, con semplicità reso il momento dell'arrivo della torta allegro e gioioso non solo per noi ma anche per gli altri avventori. GRAZIE MIMMO ci hai regalato, insieme alla tua famiglia la serata che desideravamo. Grazie anche per quella cosa ormai non comune che è l'onestà dimostrata. un saluto da Marco e da tutto il seguito.

Voglio ringraziare il grande MIMMO per la sua schiettezza e l'immensa bravura ad intrattenere i suoi amici durante il viaggio. Per me più che lavoro, ho trascorso dei giorni di vacanza insieme a dei veri amici. Ringrazio tutti chi ospiti del bus e, ancora una volta voglio salutare l'esperto e bravo Mimmo. A presto,........................ al prossimo tour eno-gastronomico. DOVE?

...cara Dora e caro Domenico (e grazie di cuore anche ai genitori di Domenico) di averci accolti con tanta gentillezza e tanta competenza il mese scorso. Ci avete fatto scoprire le delibatezze sorrentine in un modo così convincente... che siamo tornati allo Stuzzichino non meno di quattro volte in una settimana e abbiamo anzi rimpianto che non ci fossero più di sette giorni in essa. E stato un piacere di condividere con Domenico la passione del vino e di abbandonarsi al suo giudizio per scoprire vini campani di alto livello. Come l'abbiamo scritto a Tripadvisors, e proprio un peccato che Sant'Agata sia cosi lontana dalla Svizzera ! Auguroni a tutti, sperando proprio rivedervi.

Complimenti a Mimmo e a tutto lo staff, per la cortesia nel servizio, per la simpatia, per l'ottima cucina, per la passione l'impegno e la dedizione, valori che contraddistinguono e valorizzano "Lo Stuzzichino". I came back from another great holiday and went to this restaurant several times. Lovely food and even better desserts. All the staff are great and very polite and friendly. The best place to go, in this little village....if you can get a table that is. Very popular with everyone. Thanks everyone x
